 Spirulina is cyano-bacteria, arthrospiro, green-blue algae.  It exists in natural form in some lakes of Africa and America. Spirulina contains 60% of protein, all the metals needed by the body, vitamins B and C, and betacarotine in high concentrations. It is highly valued suppliment to food and useful for under-nourished children. It has proven actively to enhance the imunoresistance of the body   We have used it in our herbal clinic with success to treat patients affected by early forms of cancer, patients who are HIV positive/ AIDS, children who are under-nourish with low hemoglobin.
